Accelerazon is a boutique Amazon marketing agency built around a simple idea: meaningful work should produce meaningful outcomes—for our clients and our team. We intentionally keep our client portfolio focused and our team small so we can stay deeply engaged, deliver high-quality work, and operate with clarity and accountability. Our clients rely on us as true partners, not task executors. We're looking for an experienced Amazon PPC Strategist (remote) to take ownership of advertising performance across a portfolio of growth-focused brands. The Role This is a hands‑on role focused on strategy, execution, and performance improvement. You'll manage advertising across approximately 10‑20 client accounts, developing campaign strategy, launching initiatives, analyzing results, and making ongoing decisions that directly impact business growth. Our clients generate between $500K and $5M annually on Amazon. They aren't operating with unlimited budgets or endless amounts of data. Success comes from smart decision‑making, thoughtful testing, and strong execution. You'll collaborate closely with agency leadership, brand managers, and implementation specialists, but you'll be expected to think independently, own outcomes, and make informed decisions without constant oversight. Work will be performed largely within the Amazon Ads Console and Teikametrics. What You'll Own An understanding of each brand's product offering to guide advertising decisions Campaign strategy, creation, and optimization across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display Keyword research, campaign architecture, and launch planning Performance analysis and growth recommendations Testing initiatives designed to improve efficiency and scale Ongoing optimization of bids, budgets, targeting, and search term strategy Operating within client goals and restrictions Participation in client meetings and communication of advertising strategy and results We're not looking for someone who simply follows Amazon advertising best practices. We're looking for someone who can evaluate situations critically, form hypotheses, test ideas, and make sound decisions based on evidence. What Makes You a Strong Fit Have 3+ years of hands‑on Amazon advertising experience Have worked in an agency environment, managed multiple accounts, or operated as a freelance Amazon advertising consultant Can build campaigns from the ground up, not just optimize existing structures Possess strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Communicate clearly and professionally in English Enjoy ownership, accountability, and continuous learning Required Experience Amazon Ads Console Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display Seller Central Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities Preferred Experience Amazon DSP Teikametrics Jungle Scout Experience working with growing brands in the $500K–$5M revenue range Growth & Opportunity This is a foundational hire for Accelerazon's advertising function.
