Maintenance Technician opportunity available at our
Retreat at Woodridge Apartments in
Lenexa, KS! Come be a part of a team where we are IN IT TOGETHER!
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, On-Call rotation 1 week every 6 weeks

Responsibilities:-Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority
-Turning and making units ready in between tenant occupancy
-Completing repairs in property and apartment plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC
-Assist in preventative maintenance as assigned
-Exterior structural maintenance as needed
-Assist in property grounds maintenance
-Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency on-call system
Requirements:-High school diploma or equivalent
-5+ years experience in the maintenance field required
-3+ years multifamil housing experience required
-HVAC experience and EPA Universal certification required
-Basic knowledge of drywall, painting, and carpentry experience
-Light plumbing and electrical experience
-CPO Certification preferred
-Working knowledge of appliances to include washers and dryers
-Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
