IncentivesFull time opportunityCompetitive payFull benefitsAssistant Blending Supervisor Responsibilities & DutiesHook up production lines in the pit to correct tank per the work orderFill out all paperwork completely and accuratelyReport any spills or leaks that could cause a potential accident or effect the environmentLoad/Unload bulk shipments via railcar and truckGauge tanksDirect daily operations when supervisor is absentTroubleshoot minor issues including but not limited to pumps, in-line blender, and pneumatic lines.Analyze schedule and determine time availability to refill storage tanks.Actively participate in continuous improvement projectsDrive projects to completion and solve problems when necessaryBlend product on Inline Blender via industrial workstationOther duties as assignedAssistant Blending Supervisor QualificationsHigh School diploma or (GED)Ability to multi-task under limited supervisionAt least 2 years of experience in compounding/blending manufacturing environmentAt least 5 years of experience in manufacturing environmentForklift certificationYard Driver experience a plusRequires attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to multi-task and strong problem- solving abilityExperience operating pumps and valvesAbility to read and legibly write EnglishMust be able to read and interpret standard gauges and instrumentsAbility to work with othersWarren Oil is the largest independent blender and packager of lubricants to the automotive, agriculture, commercial and heavy duty markets in North America.
