(Optional)Technical Systems:Ensure working audio equipment in a manner that fits the specific needs & culture of the service/event.Responsible for keeping Production areas (Backstage, FOH, Production Storage Areas) clean and tidy.Equipment upgrades and purchasing decisions go through the Production Director.All other tasks, duties or projects as assigned by the Production Director.We consider ministry readiness, and an individual's capacity to represent Compass Church's beliefs, during the selection process for all positions.Each member of the Compass Church team takes a "how can I help" approach to ministry.
