Charge Nurse PRN
Job Summary:
Avir at Terrell is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Charge Nurse PRN to join our team in Terrell, TX. Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the nursing unit, ensuring efficient and effective patient care
Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans
Conduct patient assessments, identify needs, and develop plans to address concerns
Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
Maintain accurate and timely records, including patient charts and medication administration reports
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements:
Minimum Requirements: experience as a Charge Nurse
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a similar setting, strong leadership and organizational skills, and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
