Dedicated Local Position – Night Shift – Tri-State Routes (OH, IN, KY)

The Pay & Performance Perks

• Weekly Income: Average around $1,600 gross per week (averaging $83,000 a year).
• Base Mileage Pay: Earn up to $0.62 CPM based on your driving history.
• Paid Training: Get a flat $100/day while we show you the ropes during onboarding.
• Extra Earning Avenues:
  • $20 for every delivery stop you make
  • $37 for every trailer unload
  • $20 for completed backhauls
  • $25 for pallet restacks
  • $25 for clean roadside safety inspections

Route, Equipment & Daily Life

This is an active, local driving role that keeps you moving and home every single day:

• Home Time: Home daily with a guaranteed 2 days off every single week.
• The Route: Run daily loops through Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky, averaging 200 to 300 miles a day.
• Daily Volume: You will handle roughly 2 to 4 loads consisting of 6 to 8 delivery stops.
• The Freight: A mix of refrigerated and dry van goods.
• The Labor: You will handle live unloads at store locations using a powered pallet jack to make the work as smooth as possible.
• The Fleet: Slip-seat operation in clean, well-maintained local day cabs.
• Support: Must be willing to occasionally roll over and assist our nearby terminal when needed.

The Night-Shift Schedule

• The Shift: This is a dedicated 3rd-shift run starting daily around 9:00 PM.
• Daily Hours: Expect to work steady 10 to 12-hour shifts each day.
• Availability: Because store shelves need stocking daily, runs include weekends, nights, and holidays.

What We Need to Get You Rolling

• Valid Class A CDL.
• At least 3 months of solo tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years.
• Must live within 50 miles of Blue Ash, OH (45242) and have your own reliable personal vehicle to commute to the terminal.
• Full physical capability to handle live, palletized unloads at delivery locations.
• Clean driving record (MVR) and clean background check.
• Safety Restriction: This account is strictly not SAP friendly.
