About Almond Muse\n

Almond Muse is a fast-growing women's fashion brand specializing in dresses for special occasions, nights out, and statement looks.

Our primary market is the United States , and our core audience is Gen Z women .

\n

We're looking for an experienced Creative Strategist with a strong background in fashion e-commerce to take ownership of our Meta Ads creative strategy and help us scale.

What You'll Be Responsible For\n

\n
• Develop and execute creative strategies exclusively for Meta Ads .
\n
• Research fashion trends, competitors, winning ads, and Gen Z consumer behavior.
\n
• Develop high-performing ad concepts, hooks, angles, scripts, and creative briefs.
\n
• Identify winning creatives and develop new iterations to scale performance.
\n
• Work closely with our creative production team to turn concepts into high-converting ads.
\n
• Build a structured creative testing framework to continuously discover new winning concepts.
\n

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)\n

\n
• Fashion industry experience: Must have previously worked directly with a women's fashion e-commerce brand.
\n
• $10M+ annual revenue: Must have worked with a fashion brand generating at least $10 million in annual revenue.
\n
• $30K+ creative spend: Must have managed or developed at least one Meta ad creative that received $30,000+ in advertising spend.
\n
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads creative performance and scaling strategies.
\n
• Proven ability to develop winning creatives for fashion e-commerce brands.
\n
• Deep understanding of Gen Z audiences and US fashion consumer behavior.
\n
• Data-driven mindset with strong creative instincts.
\n

What We're Looking For\n

We don't want someone who simply comes up with creative ideas.

\n

We want someone who understands why certain creatives convert, how to identify winning patterns, and how to develop creatives capable of scaling to significant advertising spend.

\n

This position is 100% focused on Meta Ads creatives, not organic social media, influencer management, or general marketing.
