Role Description This is a full-time, IN OFFICE (100%) Customer Relationship Management Specialist role based in Alpharetta, GA. The specialist will manage and optimize CRM system, Zoho, to support client onboarding and implementation, data integrity, reporting, and lifecycle management for financial institution customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include customer requirements gathering, tracking customer interactions, analyzing usage patterns, and collaborating with sales, support, and product teams to improve customer satisfaction and retention. The role involves configuring CRM workflows, maintaining accurate records, generating insights for account growth, and ensuring that customer feedback is captured and acted on. The specialist will also assist in coordinating projects related to CRM enhancements and process improvements, and may contribute to documentation, training materials, and user support.

Qualifications

• Strong customer relationship management (CRM) skills, including hands-on experience with CRM platforms and managing customer lifecycles.
• Demonstrated analytical skills for interpreting data, identifying trends, and generating actionable insights to improve customer outcomes.
• Effective communication skills for engaging with customers and internal stakeholders, including clear written and verbal interaction.
• Sales and account support skills to assist in growth initiatives, upsell opportunities, and retention strategies.
• Project management capabilities to coordinate CRM-related projects, gather all customer requirements, prioritize tasks, issue tracking, cross departmental task management and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with banking, fintech, or financial services operations, especially in areas such as compliance, fraud, or onboarding, is beneficial.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Impeccable communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
