Responsibilities

• Walk assigned neighborhoods in Cape Coral to share information about our pest control solutions.
• Listen to homeowners' concerns regarding local pests and offer helpful, tailored guidance.
• Clearly explain our service plans and the long-term benefits of regular maintenance.
• Manage your daily territory, keeping organized records of conversations and follow-ups.
• Meet with potential clients on their front porch to discuss their specific property needs.
• Attend morning briefings to refine your approach and celebrate recent successes with the team.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
• Physical stamina to walk neighborhoods and spend time outdoors during the day.
• Strong comfort level with face-to-face communication and meeting new people.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude during long days on your feet.
• Basic understanding of residential property maintenance or pest prevention.
• Prior experience in direct sales or field outreach is beneficial but not strictly necessary.
