Job Description
· Capital Choice is seeking a dependable, organized professional to serve as the welcoming first point of contact for clients and to keep appointments, paperwork, client files, and office workflows accurate and on schedule.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Welcome clients and visitors; answer, screen, and route calls professionally.
· Schedule and confirm appointments; maintain calendars and meeting materials.
· Prepare, scan, organize, upload, file, and track client forms and supporting documents.
· Check paperwork for required signatures, dates, and completeness before submission.
· Assist with client follow-up, mail, supplies, data entry, and general office support.
Protect confidential client information and follow all privacy, recordkeeping, and compliance procedures
