Brand Name Hotel is looking for a dynamic and experienced Hotel General Manager to lead our team and elevate the guest experience. Responsibilities:

• Oversee all daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage
• Drive revenue performance through strategic pricing, occupancy management, and sales initiatives
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing hotel staff
• Ensure brand standards are in compliance across all departments
• Monitor guest satisfaction scores (GSS) and implement service improvement strategies
• Manage hotel financial success overseeing cost controls
• Build relationships with local businesses, corporate accounts, and community partners
• Ensure property compliance with safety, health, and legal regulations

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hotel general management or assistant general management experience
• Prior experience with a branded hotel (Hilton, Marriott, IHG, or similar) strongly preferred
• Proven track record in revenue management and budget oversight
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team
• Excellent guest relations and conflict resolution skills
• Proficiency in property management systems
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as needed
