Position Overview

Clinicians may begin with a minimum commitment of just four or more client hours per week , with the opportunity to build a part-time or full-time caseload.

To help us meet the needs of our community, clinicians are asked to offer at least one evening and/or weekend availability. Limited telehealth opportunities are available; however, preference is given to clinicians interested in providing primarily in-person services from our York office.

Clinicians may provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy based on their training, interests, and areas of expertise.

• Specialty clinical services

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group counseling services to an outpatient caseload.
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately and on time.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each client’s needs, strengths, and goals.
• Use evidence-based interventions consistent with your training and clinical expertise, which may include:
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing
  • Play Therapy
  • Other recognized evidence-based approaches
• Maintain accurate clinical records using a HIPAA-compliant electronic health record system.
• Collaborate professionally with colleagues and participate in peer consultation or supervision opportunities as appropriate.
• Maintain ethical, culturally responsive, inclusive, and trauma-informed clinical practices.

Required Qualifications

Applicants must hold an active Pennsylvania license or credential as one of the following:

• Licensed Professional Counselor
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
• Licensed Associate Professional Counselor
• Licensed Psychologist, PhD or PsyD
• Licensed Social Worker who is close to completing the requirements for clinical licensure may be considered

Applicants must also demonstrate:

• Strong clinical documentation, organization, and time-management skills
• Comfort using electronic health records and telehealth platforms
• A commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive care
• The ability to obtain and maintain Pennsylvania criminal background, child abuse, and FBI clearances
• Reliability, professionalism, and a commitment to ethical clinical practice

Preferred Qualifications

We welcome clinicians with specialty training, experience, or certification in areas such as:

• EMDR
• Brainspotting
• Trauma-focused treatment
• Disordered eating
• Sport and performance psychology
• Art therapy
• Play therapy
• Couples and family therapy
• Substance use treatment
• Grief and loss
• Somatic or integrative approaches
• Other specialty populations or treatment modalities

Interest in developing groups, workshops, intensives, trainings, or community programs is strongly encouraged.

1099 Independent Contractor Option

• Competitive 70/30 revenue split , with the clinician receiving 70% of collected revenue
