Position Summary: The Loan Officer Trainee will play a critical role in our mortgage sales process by initiating contact with potential borrowers, building rapport, and supporting the origination process under the guidance of licensed Loan Officers. This position offers comprehensive training, licensing support, and a clear pathway to transition into a fully licensed Mortgage Loan Officer role. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound and receive inbound calls to connect with prospective clients. Educate potential borrowers about mortgage products and services. Assist in gathering client information to begin the loan application process. Work closely with licensed Loan Officers to support the loan pipeline. Study for and successfully pass the SAFE MLO licensing exam (company-sponsored in 40+ states). Maintain daily productivity standards and meet performance goals.
