• Shift: Mon-Thu 08:00-12:00 & 13:00-17:00; Fri 08:00-12:00; call approximately 10 days/month (including weekends)
• Hours/Week: Varies based on schedule
• Employment Type: Contract
• Licenses/Certs: Pediatric Board Certification Highly Preferred
• Experience: Prior pediatric provider experience preferred

What You’ll Do:

• Provide pediatric medical care in a clinic setting with support resources such as lab, x-ray, and office staff
• Manage newborn and general pediatric patients, including routine and acute care
• Participate in rotating call schedule, predominantly newborn care
• Utilize in-office CLIA-waived testing and support tools
• Collaborate with local healthcare team, including a dedicated pediatrician and support staff
• Maintain accurate documentation of all hours and call commitments

What You Need:

• Valid medical license in Arizona
• Pediatric Board Certification (highly preferred)
• Previous pediatric experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work flexible schedule including call shifts
