$17.00–$18.00/hr | 1st & 2nd Shift Available

Primary Responsibilities

• Operate cutting line machinery to process company materials
• Measure and cut materials accurately using tape measures and rulers
• Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments as needed
• Perform basic troubleshooting to maintain production flow
• Inspect finished materials to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong math skills and ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Excellent attention to detail (critical for success in this role)
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Compensation: $17–$18/hr (Benefit Package Available)

Schedule

• 1st & 2nd Shift Available
• 2nd Shift: 3:30pm–12:00am (Mon–Fri)
• Current Overtime: 2:00pm–12:30am (Mon–Fri as needed)

2 for 1st shift
