Job Description

Our Maintenance Director oversees keeping our residents living areas well-kept and serviced to high standards. You should also be able to resolve resident complaint and queries promptly and in a polite manner. You are the right candidate if you are pleasant detail-oriented and friendly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain swimming pool spa ponds and other water features on property including routine cleaning water testing and chemical balancing.
• Monitor building accessrespond to alarms resident pendants and report safety or security concerns.
• Assist residents staff and visitors as needed.
• Complete work orders using TELS phone app.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks including minor repairs troubleshooting.
• Respond to maintenance emergencies such as plumbing electrical or equipment issues within scope of training.
• Assist with room turns work orders and facility upkeep.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Ability to communicate verbally and in written form and cooperate effectively with others
• Proven work experience as a security guard or relevant position
• Trained security officer with diploma
• Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols
• Surveillance skills with orientation to detail
• Integrity and professionalism
