Mechanical Assembler | Direct Hire | $20-$23/hr + Overtime Available 10-15hrs

Are you a hands-on mechanical professional who enjoys building, installing, and troubleshooting equipment?We're seeking a  Mechanical Assembler to join a growing team where your skills with hydraulics, electrical wiring, and mechanical assembly will be put to work on custom-built equipment. This is a  Direct Hire opportunity offering competitive pay, steady hours, and plenty of overtime potential.

???? Pay & Schedule

• Direct Hire Position
• $20.00 - $23.00/hour based on experience
• 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Overtime available on Fridays and occasional half-days on Saturdays
• Average 50-55 hours per week

???? What You'll Do

• Perform mechanical installations based on customer drawings and specifications.
• Install and assemble hydraulic valves, cylinders, controls, and related components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
• Complete basic 12V electrical wiring and connections.
• Use hand tools and power tools to assemble high-quality equipment.
• Ensure all installations meet customer requirements and quality standards.

✅ What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of assembly or mechanical experience .
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics.
• Experience working with hand tools and power tools.
• Mechanical aptitude with hydraulic assembly knowledge.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and 12V wiring.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs .
• Must have your own basic hand tools.

You'll work indoors in the boom assembly area, performing hands-on mechanical installations and assembly work. While the facility is not climate-controlled, temperatures remain generally comfortable and the team-oriented atmosphere makes for a productive work environment.

This is a Permanent position based out of Omaha, NE.

The pay range for this position is $39520.00 - $47840.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
