Temporary Climate Solutions is a growing manufacturer of temporary heating and climate control equipment. We build equipment used across construction, industrial, commercial, and agricultural industries throughout North America. We are looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our production team as Mechanical Assemblers.

Job Summary

Mechanical Assemblers are responsible for assembling heating and climate control equipment using hand tools, power tools, and assembly drawings. This position works closely with other production team members to ensure equipment is built safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components and equipment
• Read and follow assembly drawings and work instructions
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring tools
• Install components such as motors, wiring, fittings, panels, and hardware
• Perform quality checks throughout the assembly process
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work with team members to meet production goals
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools
• Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable attendance and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule

• Monday through Thursday
• Day shift 4 x 10
• Overtime opportunities available
