What You’ll Do:

• Provide advanced neonatal care in collaboration with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams
• Assist with high-risk deliveries and perform neonatal procedures
• Contribute to clinical decision-making and patient management
• Educate families about neonatal health and care plans
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice
• Engage in team meetings, mentorship, and professional development
• Support the spectrum of pediatric subspecialty services including surgery, cardiology, and neurology

What You Need:

• Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) Board Certification (FNP, PNP not accepted)
• 0+ years of relevant experience (2+ preferred)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to thrive in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment
