Coming from customer service, teaching or retail?
If you've spent years helping people, solving problems and keeping customers happy, you already have the core of this role. This is a remote position for people who want more control over their income and their week. You don't need sales or insurance experience; we train you from day one.
What This Role Is
A customer service-first sales role. You work with individuals and families who have already asked for information about life insurance. There's no cold calling. Conversations are booked, friendly and focused on what the client actually needs.
• Follow up with people who requested information online or by phone
• Meet clients by phone or Zoom at a time they booked
• Explain their options in plain language and help them complete the application
• Stay in touch as their needs change
• Work from home with training, tools and back-office support
What a Typical Week Includes
• Client appointments by phone or Zoom
• Follow-ups and confirmations
• Training, coaching and admin time
Pay & Growth
• 1099 independent contractor, paid 100% on commission
• An entry-level sale typically pays $600 to $800, based on current carrier contracts
• Full-time agents average 3 to 7 sales a week
• A leadership track for agents who want to build and lead a team
Figures are averages for active agents. Earnings aren't guaranteed and depend on your activity.
What You Invest
• Your state life insurance license (course and exam fees). We guide you through each step.
• Your leads. We'll show you how to budget for them before you start.
You'll Be a Strong Fit If You
• Have worked in customer service, teaching, nursing, hospitality, retail or admin
• Are dependable and comfortable talking with people on the phone and on video
• Want a remote role with training and a clear path to grow
• Are coachable and willing to follow a proven process
• Are authorized to work in the U.S. and can pass a background check
Why People Make the Switch
• Fully remote, with flexible hours
• No cold calling
• One-on-one mentorship and weekly coaching
• Your customer service skills carry straight over
• A career you can grow into without going back to school
