DescriptionKforce has a client that is seeking a UI/UX Designer in Houston, TX. This position is hybrid, 4 days in office and one day working from home.Summary:We are seeking a UI/UX Designer to help create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across a variety of web applications, customer-facing platforms, and internal business tools. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, conduct research, translate requirements into wireframes and prototypes, and deliver polished visual designs that improve usability and customer experience. You will participate in the full design lifecycle, including discovery, user research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, visual design, and collaboration with development teams. This is an individual contributor role with the opportunity to gain exposure to multiple products, platforms, and business initiatives while helping shape scalable digital experiences.Requirements* Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, UX, Graphic Design, or related field preferred; equivalent practical experience will be considered* Portfolio showcasing enterprise-scale UI/UX projects, including research, problem-solving approach, and final design outcomes required* 3+ years of UI/UX design experience supporting web applications, customer portals, SaaS platforms, or enterprise software* Advanced experience with Figma* Experience conducting user research, stakeholder interviews, workflow analysis, usability testing, and validation activities* Experience designing both customer-facing experiences and internal business applications* Experience leveraging AI tools for research, ideation, prototyping, or design workflows preferred* Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, design thinking methodologies, information architecture, accessibility, and usability best practices* Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and collaboration within cross-functional product teams* Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, or similar project management and documentation platforms* Familiarity with analytics, research, or user feedback tools is a plus* Proficiency creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and design systems* Ability to create and maintain design artifacts, documentation, and design standards throughout the product lifecycleJob TypeContractCompensation50 - $60
