What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with Neonatologists in delivering high-quality neonatal care in Level III-IV NICUs
• Provide coverage during evenings alongside neonatology teams
• Assist in care for infants in high-risk delivery and NICU settings
• Participate in rounds and emergency responses in Level II and III units
• Contribute to ongoing patient assessment and management
• Support delivery team with immediate newborn evaluations during deliveries
• Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards

What You Need
Required:

• Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) Board Certification
• Minimum 2 years NNP experience preferred
• Valid state license to practice as an NP in Arizona
• Strong neonatal assessment and emergency skills

Preferred:

• Prior experience in Level III-IV NICUs
• Experience working in high-risk delivery environments
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
