Job Description:
We're looking for a motivated Office Assistant to join our team and help keep daily operations running smoothly. This is an entry-level position, perfect for someone who is eager to learn, takes initiative, and wants to grow with the company. You'll handle a variety of general office tasks and have the opportunity to take on more responsibility (and pay) as you prove your value to the organization.

No prior office experience is required, just a strong work ethic and a willingness to figure things out.

• Answer phones, greet visitors, and direct inquiries to the right person
• Handle filing, data entry, and general recordkeeping
• Assist with scheduling and calendar management
• Sort and distribute mail, order office supplies as needed
• Support other departments with administrative tasks as they come up
• Take on additional projects and responsibilities as skills develop

Job Requirements:

• Strong work ethic and reliability - shows up on time, ready to work
• Self-starter who can take direction but doesn't need to be micromanaged
• Willingness to learn new tasks and systems independently
• Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace)
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
