School Nutrition Services Worker Grade II (Part-Time)

About the Job:

Township High School District 214 is looking for part-time School Nutrition Services Workers Grade II . You will work 5 hours each day that students are in school.

The pay starts at $17.79 per hour .

What You Will Do:

You will work with the food service manager. Your duties will include:

• Helping prepare and handle food safely and cleanly.
• Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment.
• Serving food to students and staff.
• Working as a cashier and keeping good records for the food service.

What We Need From You (Qualifications):

You should be able to:

• Lift at least 40 pounds. (This is about the weight of a large bag of flour or sugar.)
• Stand for 5 hours without stopping.
• Bend, stoop (bend down), and reach often.
• Work in places that can be hot, cold, or wet. You should also be able to change quickly to new situations.
