Web And Graphic Designer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Web and Graphic Designer based in Brazil. This is a fully remote opportunity for a hands-on designer who enjoys taking projects from concept through final delivery. You'll create websites and marketing assets that balance visual quality, usability, brand consistency, and conversion. The role combines web design, UX thinking, graphic design, WordPress updates, and creative production across multiple projects. You'll work closely with marketing and content stakeholders, refining layouts, messaging, and visual experiences to meet client goals. You'll have significant ownership over timelines, revisions, quality standards, and the successful completion of your projects. Accountabilities:

• Own web and graphic design projects from initial concept and mockups through revisions and final delivery.
• Manage project timelines, revisions, priorities, and expectations to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Design and structure websites with a strong focus on usability, clarity, engagement, and conversion.
• Apply UX principles and practical usability best practices when developing website layouts and user experiences.
• Structure homepages and key landing pages to create clear, engaging, and conversion-oriented experiences.
• Collaborate with content teams to refine hooks, headlines, anchors, and page structures using StoryBrand-style principles.
• Create supporting creative assets, including social media advertisements and digital and print marketing materials.
• Maintain consistent visual identity and branding across websites, campaigns, and other client deliverables.
• Make content, layout, and design updates directly within WordPress.
• Adjust WordPress themes and templates when required to achieve the desired visual and functional outcome.
• Use AI tools effectively to improve creative quality, efficiency, ideation, and production workflows.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve design processes, standards, and project delivery.

Requirements:

• 4–5+ years of professional agency experience in web and graphic design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience designing websites and marketing assets, particularly with a focus on usability and conversion.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects and owning deliverables from beginning to end.
• Strong knowledge of UX principles, web layout, visual hierarchy, and conversion-focused design.
• Hands-on experience with WordPress, including content and layout editing and theme/template adjustments.
• Experience with Figma and the ability to create professional website mockups and design systems.
• Experience with graphic design for social media, digital marketing, and print materials.
• Excellent written English, including strong spelling, grammar, and attention to detail.
• Significant practical experience using AI tools to increase design quality, productivity, and creative output.
• Experience working with US-based clients or organizations is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or comparable video-editing tools is a plus.
• Healthcare or dental industry experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong project ownership, organization, time management, and ability to consistently meet deadlines.
• Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to incorporate feedback while maintaining design quality.
• A results-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering polished, client-ready work.
